CM4D System Requirements

The following is a list of hardware and software requirements for the CM4D Data Management Software.

Database requirements

The CM4D software suite (in a workstation on server configuration) relies on an external database to store the quality data. The supported database platforms are:

· Oracle 9.2, Oracle 10G, SQL Server 2000 SP3a* or SQL Server 2005*

(*Note: CM4D requires a SQL Server Instance that is Case Insensitive)

Workstation requirements

Software Requirements:

· If using an Oracle database not located on the workstation - The corresponding Oracle Client (Oracle Client 9.2 or Oracle Client 10G with OLEDb Support)

(*Note: If the database is hosted on the workstation the Recommended Configuration above should be considered as the Minimum Requirements)

Server requirements

Software requirements for the Web Template Control server:

· Windows 2000 SP4, Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP SP2
· IIS 5.0, IIS 5.1 or IIS 6.0
· eDocPrinter PDF Pro 6.20 or greater from Iteksoft
· IE 5.5 SP2 or greater
· If using Oracle database - The corresponding Oracle Client
(Oracle Client 9.2 with OLEDb Support)
